BASF’s subscription service provides ongoing support after our solution implementation is complete.
Our software upgrades don’t come with additional licensing costs, our all-inclusive business model means our application outputs continue to meet user requirements in the face of changing material properties, systems and equipment during your subscription period.
We act on feedback from our subscribers to deliver major upgrades every six months that incorporate new and improved models and application features. All subscribers are automatically and perpetually moved to the next release, ensuring continuous and ongoing value delivery.
Minor model updates are also provided every three months, incorporating updates and re-calibration.

Ongoing user training and certification for new and existing users is available via the Academy portal.
